Power & Presence for Performers

In this 90- to 120-minute workshop, artists and performers will learn to turn anxiety into strength and stage presence. If you’ve ever felt insecure, scattered, or constantly “temperature-taking” during a performance, this experience will equip you with practical tools to release fear, build confidence, and enter a flow state so you can fully trust your instincts. Center your mind, calm your nerves, and perform at your best.

This workshop contains:

  • 30 to 40-minute short-form improv game set

  • 30 to 40-minute meditation with breathwork

  • 30 to 40-minute sound bath

  • Aromatherapy applied during sound bath

Counteracting Burnout

This 90-minute workshop is carefully designed to address the harmful effects of living and working in a chronic, high-stress, and highly sedentary environment.

Our yoga practice gently opens tight, hunched postures caused by long hours at a desk or computer, while meditation and sound therapy soothe your nervous system, helping to reduce exhaustion, irritability, anxiety, and sleep difficulties. Aromatherapy enhances the experience, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

This workshop contains:

  • 30-minute meditation with breathwork

  • 30-minute yoga practice (suitable for all levels of fitness)

  • 30-minute sound bath

  • Aromatherapy throughout

Root & Reset

This 60- to 90-minute workshop focuses on letting go of negative thought patterns (stress, fear, and worry) and rooting into the safety of the present moment.

It is designed to help participants ground themselves and shift out of the sympathetic nervous system (responsible for fight-or-flight) and into the parasympathetic nervous system (where rest, recovery, and homeostasis can occur).

This workshop contains:

  • 30 to 45-minute meditation practice

  • 30 to 45-minute sound bath

  • Aromatherapy throughout
